DMCA / Copyright Policy for SoccQR
SoccQR respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the SoccQR platform to do the same.

3. What We May Do After Receiving a Notice
After receiving a valid copyright complaint, SoccQR may:
- review the notice
- request additional information
- remove or disable access to the challenged material
- notify the user who posted the content
- document the complaint and our response
- terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
SoccQR reserves the right to remove or restrict content that we believe may infringe the rights of others, violate our policies, or create risk for the platform.
4. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification.
A valid counter-notification should include:

- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
SoccQR may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly upload or submit content that appears to violate copyright law.

6. Misrepresentations
Please do not submit false, misleading, or bad-faith copyright complaints or counter-notifications.
