Refund / Return Policy for SoccQR

At SoccQR, we want to make returns and refunds clear and straightforward. This Refund / Return Policy explains when returns are accepted, when refunds may be issued, and how to request help with an order.

By placing an order with SoccQR, you agree to this Refund / Return Policy.

1. Return Window

You may request a return for eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused or in like-new condition
  • be in its original packaging, if reasonably possible
  • not be damaged due to misuse, improper application, or normal wear
  • be returned with proof of purchase or enough order information for us to locate the order

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • used tags or products that have already been applied
  • digital products or digital features that have already been delivered or activated
  • items marked final sale
  • gift cards, if offered
  • any item damaged through misuse, improper storage, improper installation, or unauthorized modification

Because SoccQR products may be customized, activated, registered, or tied to a unique QR identity, certain products may become non-returnable once used or activated.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@soccqr.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • photos showing the problem, if possible

If we determine that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may, at our discretion:

  • replace the item
  • issue a full refund
  • issue a partial refund
  • provide store credit
  • provide another appropriate resolution

4. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped.

If your order has not yet entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.

If the order has already shipped, entered production, or includes custom or personalized work, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. SoccQR is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

If the return is due to our mistake, we may provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

6. Restocking Fees

At this time, SoccQR does not normally charge a restocking fee on approved returns of eligible non-custom products.

However, if a returned item is materially not in its original condition, missing components, or returned in a condition that reduces its value, we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the loss in value, where allowed by law.

7. Refund Method and Timing

If your return is approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow a reasonable processing period after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a shipment issue for which we are responsible.

8. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund instead of a full refund, including where:

  • only part of an order is returned
  • the item is returned opened, incomplete, or not in original condition
  • the item shows signs of use
  • the issue does not warrant a full refund but does warrant an adjustment

9. Exchanges

We may allow exchanges in limited circumstances, such as for defective or damaged products or incorrect items.

If you want an exchange, email support@soccqr.com and include your order number and the item you want exchanged.

10. Digital Features and Account-Linked Services

SoccQR products may include digital features, tag activation, account linking, tag registration, scan pages, or related services.

Once a digital feature, account-linked feature, or tag activation has been delivered, set up, or used, it may be non-refundable, except where required by law or where there is a verified defect or service failure attributable to SoccQR.

11. Refused Deliveries and Invalid Addresses

If an order is returned to us because of an invalid address, delivery refusal, or failure to receive the package, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees from the refund, where allowed by law.

You are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout.

12. How to Start a Return

To request a return, refund, or replacement, contact:

  • your full name
  • order number
  • item(s) involved
  • reason for the request
  • photos, if applicable

We will respond with next steps if your request is eligible.

13. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with an order, we ask that you contact us first at support@soccqr.com so we can try to resolve it.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may delay resolution and may affect future purchases.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund / Return Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
